If a piece isn't right, we make it right. Ready-to-ship items can come back within 30 days; made-to-measure builds are covered by our fit guarantee.
Ready-to-ship pieces in unworn, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We send a prepaid label for US returns; international returns are refunded excluding original shipping.
Helmets and masks can be exchanged for a different finish or size once within 30 days. We cover shipping both ways on the first exchange.
Made-to-measure armor includes free adjustments for 12 months. If a plate doesn't sit right, send us photos — we rebuild or refit the part at our cost.
Servos, batteries and voice modules carry a 12-month warranty. Out of warranty, we sell replacement modules at cost.
