Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email your confirmation. We may decline orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund of anything paid.
All prices are in US dollars. For DDP destinations, duties are included at checkout; elsewhere they're collected by the courier. We don't add hidden handling fees.
Pre-order pieces are charged at the time of ordering and ship in the batch window stated on the product page. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the build starts.
Our pieces are costumes and collectibles, not protective equipment. SEOIOES is not liable for injury arising from use as protective gear. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
